Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your HoldFast Electronics purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return
Email us at elishill1973@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as final sale, or items returned without a return request first, are not eligible for a refund.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
